This machine is suitable for thermal cutting  printed and non-printed plastic films  BOPP, OPP and PE bags. It is ideal equipment for making express bag,courier bag,sock bag, towel bag, bread bag and ornaments bag, etc. The machine adopts micro-computer to control and stepper motor to draw material (servo motor control system can be selected) It fixes length randomly with step length photocell tracking accurately and steady. When losing the aimed label, the machine will stop automatically. It also has device for fixing two-sided sticky tape automatically, auto-puncher and auto-counter. The lace is sealed thermally in regulated temperature to make the bag firm and flat.

A: Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. It's about a 40-minute flight or a 4-hour train ride from Shanghai. We would be happy to pick you up at the airport or station and welcome you to visit our factory.

A: Our standard delivery time is usually 30-45 days. However, if you need it urgently, we can manufacture your machine first and deliver it within approximately 10 days.

Q: What's your warranty policy?

A: We offer an 18-month warranty on all our products, along with lifetime maintenance. This means that if any parts break down during the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts.

Q: What package do you use for the product?

A: Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film for protection. If you prefer wooden box packing, there may be an additional cost.

Q: Does your factory provide installation service?

A: Yes, our engineers can go to the customer's factory for installation. The buyer should prepare the necessary materials for testing the machine in advance and bear the cost of the supplier's technicians, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and wages. The cost is USD 120 per person per day, starting from the date of work commencement until their arrival at the factory.

Q: What are your terms of payment?

A: We accept various payment methods such as Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and Western Union. Please let us know which method you prefer when making the payment.
