  A high-performance flexo printing solution with standout features:

1:Sturdy Structure: 75mm thick casting base ensures stability. Key components from top brands (Schneider for contactors/breakers, Siemens PLC, Yaskawa inverter, Japan NSK main bearings) for reliable operation. ]

2.Wide Compatibility: Handles diverse materials – non-woven fabric (15-120g), paper (15-350g/m²), PVC/OPP/BOPP/PE/NY/PET/CPP (10-150μm). Supports 4+0, 3+1, 2+2 four-color double-sided printing.

3. High Efficiency: Mechanical speed up to 130m/min, printing speed 10-120m/min. External gears expand ink tray space, preventing ink splatter at high speeds. Teflon-treated chamber doctor blades and ceramic anilox rollers ensure even ink transfer.

4.Precise Printing: Overprint precision ±0.2mm, controlled by PLC (adjustable up/down, left/right) with video inspection. Unwind unit features auto tension (10kgs magnetic powder) and ultrasonic U-type EPC for stable material feeding.

5. Auto Operation: Equipped with pneumatic auto loading/unloading, hydraulic printing cylinder horizontal movement, and auto tension control. Reduces manual work, suits large-scale production.

6.Free Extras: Includes a 400mm printing cylinder (one set) and 10 types of spare parts/tools (tool box, contactors, etc.) for easy maintenance.

A: Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film for protection. If you prefer wooden box packing, there may be an additional cost.

Q: Does your factory provide installation service?
A: Yes, our engineers can go to the customer's factory for installation. The buyer should prepare the necessary materials for testing the machine in advance and bear the cost of the supplier's technicians, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and wages. The cost is USD 120 per person per day, starting from the date of work commencement until their arrival at the factory.
