  A high-performance flexo printing solution with standout features:

1:Broad Material Compatibility: Handles a wide range of materials, including non-woven fabric (15-120g), paper (15-350g/m²), PVC (15-120μm), OPP/BOPP (10-100μm), PE (10-150μm), NY (15-120μm), PET (10-100μm), and CPP (15-100μm).

2.Flexible 8-Color Printing: Supports multiple color combinations (8+0, 7+1, 6+2, 5+3,4+4) and printing lengths from 220mm to 1000mm, with a free 400mm printing cylinder included. PVC/OPP/BOPP/PE/NY/PET/CPP (10-150μm). Supports 4+0, 3+1, 2+2 four-color double-sided printing.

3. Stable Performance: Features helical gear and belt drive for smooth operation, NSK bearings for durability, and phosphatized printing rollers/gears for rust resistance. Overprint precision reaches ±0.25mm.

4.Efficient Production: Mechanical speed up to 100m/min and max printing speed of 70m/min, paired with a 20kw heating system (central drying box + station drying) for quick drying.

5. User-Friendly Design: Equipped with double unwinder and double rewinder, auto tension control (magnetic powder), air shafts, and pneumatic adjustment for rubber rollers, simplifying operation.

Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. It's about a 40-minute flight or a 4-hour train ride from Shanghai. We would be happy to pick you up at the airport or station and welcome you to visit our factory.
 
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Our standard delivery time is usually 30-45 days. However, if you need it urgently, we can manufacture your machine first and deliver it within approximately 10 days.
 
Q: What's your warranty policy?
A: We offer an 18-month warranty on all our products, along with lifetime maintenance. This means that if any parts break down during the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts.
 
Q: What package do you use for the product?
A: Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film for protection. If you prefer wooden box packing, there may be an additional cost.
 
Q: Does your factory provide installation service?
A: Yes, our engineers can go to the customer's factory for installation. The buyer should prepare the necessary materials for testing the machine in advance and bear the cost of the supplier's technicians, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and wages. The cost is USD 120 per person per day, starting from the date of work commencement until their arrival at the factory.
 
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: We accept various payment methods such as Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and Western Union. Please let us know which method you prefer when making the payment.
