High-speed multi-color printing with outstanding productivity. With a maximum printing speed of 150-170 m/min and a mechanical speed of 170 m/min, it supports simultaneous, continuous printing of 8 colors, eliminating the need for multiple overprints. This meets the demands of large-scale production and significantly improves productivity per unit time.
Precise registration and low scrap rate.
Equipped with an automatic vertical overprint control system (including video detection), the machine achieves a vertical overprint accuracy of ±0.1mm. A pre-registration function allows for quick, precise printing after startup. A graduated ruler for horizontal overprinting aids quick alignment, reducing scrap caused by overprint deviations.
The optimized printing unit design allows for convenient plate changes and adjustments. The shaftless pneumatic conical clamping (shaftless cylinder mounting) ensures fast plate changes and precise positioning.
The blade features three-way adjustment, allowing for flexible adaptation to printing requirements and optimizing the squeegee angle to avoid uneven squeegeeing.
The impression roller features a swing-arm downward pressure mechanism, linked to a guide roller, ensuring stable printing with or without stretching, preventing deformation of printed products.

High-precision tension closed-loop control throughout the entire process.
Equipped with a four-stage tension closed-loop control system, the tension in each stage of unwinding, paper feeding, printing, and rewinding is independently controlled. The tension range is 3-30kg, with an accuracy of ±0.5kg. The tension does not fluctuate during acceleration/deceleration, preventing material deviation, wrinkling, and breakage.
Intelligent unwinding/rewinding to reduce waste

Both the unwind (driven by a magnetic powder brake) and rewind (driven by a torque motor) are "inside single-station" systems, supporting zero-speed splicing, ensuring stable tension and minimal material loss during splicing.

The rewinding system features adjustable tension reduction (0-100%) and initial reduction diameter via the touchscreen, preventing "cabbage phenomenon" (misalignment between layers) and ensuring smooth rewinding.

The unwinding frame features automatic rotation positioning and an emergency reset function, ensuring safe and efficient material changes.

Energy saving and drying effect are both taken into consideration.
It adopts a single-station independent drying system equipped with a "secondary hot air circulation device", which has a high hot air utilization rate and significantly saves energy compared to ordinary drying systems; the oven is a fully enclosed design and adopts a negative pressure structure to prevent hot air from overflowing and reduce heat loss.
Precise constant temperature control to avoid printing defects
Intelligent continuous constant temperature control with a temperature accuracy of ±2°C, combined with a 45m/s high-speed nozzle design, achieves "low-temperature, high-speed drying", avoiding problems such as material shrinkage and printed bubbles caused by high temperatures. It supports multiple optional heat sources (electricity, natural gas, diesel), which can be flexibly adapted to the factory's energy conditions.

Equipped with a Taiwan Weinview HMI, key parameters such as tension, tension decay rate, and drying temperature can be set and stored directly on the screen, making operation easy. A video inspection system monitors registration status in real time during the printing process, eliminating the need for frequent manual inspections.
The structural design facilitates maintenance. The cooling unit utilizes a dual cooling design consisting of a "cooling roller + cooling air" system. The cooling rollers feature a smooth surface and a wide wrap angle, ensuring high cooling efficiency. Rolling bearings ensure flexible rotation, and subsequent maintenance requires simple cleaning or replacement, resulting in low-cost maintenance. The frame features a modular design, with wall panels constructed from high-strength, low-stress alloy cast iron and undergoing secondary internal stress relief treatment, ensuring high stability and precise installation. The guide rollers are strategically arranged, ensuring a clear material path and convenient cleaning or replacement.

Equipped with a safety and explosion-proof lighting system, it's suitable for flammable and explosive environments where ink evaporation can occur, minimizing safety hazards.
It also features a built-in static elimination brush to remove static electricity from the material surface, preventing statically attracted dust from staining printed products.
Each station and component in the pneumatic system is equipped with a dehydration filter to prevent moisture and impurities from entering the pneumatic components, protecting the equipment and preventing safety issues caused by pneumatic failures.
